Obesity is one of the top health problems in this country. Even a little excess weight increases your risk of cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and a host of other ills.
Dieting can help some people lose weight, but most dieters tend to get trapped in an endless lose/gain cycle. That’s partly because they’re only attacking one end of the problem. They try to control their calorie intake, but forget about their calorie outgo. Fact is, you can lose weight by increasing the number of calories you burn without changing your intake that is, without dieting. If more overweight people thought of themselves not as overeaters but as under exercisers, there’s be a lot more thin people in the world.
Make sure you expend more calories than you eat that is, always be on a negative calorie diet. This does not essentially mean that you have to starve yourself. Eat sensibly and eat the right food. Cut down on cheese and diary consumption. It is always wise to include more fruits and fresh vegetables in your diet.
